This is monumental! If only it was happening more widespread, but this is the first step to a brigther and more equal future. I think that not only should these doors be open for women when they are studying and choosing careers, but as you stated it should be taught young girls that they have the same options as boys do. Young girls and boys should not be treated differently. Girls and boys should have all opportunities made available to them. Women are not taking these jobs as often as they could TODAY, because when they were younger it was not taught to them that they could actually persue careers that have been previously deemed only for Men. Todays generation is more allowing. Young girls and boys today are given more options. It is more acceptable for a boy to be a fashion desiner, and more acceptable for a girl to be a politician or even in the army. So the next generation of women, I think, will be taking more and more jobs like the ones you have mentioned.
